Ships disassembled — flat-pack for safe transit
To protect the delicate ceramic leaves and metal branches during shipping. this fixture arrives disassembled. Follow our included guide to shape the branches and attach each leaf. Both assembly video walkthroughs are linked above.
Measurement guide — fan out branches for full width
Listed dimensions refer to the total span including leaves. The metal branches are flexible and adjustable — gently fan out the outermost branches by hand and install all leaves to achieve the full width and intended silhouette shown in photos.
Glue marks on leaves are normal
A small amount of glue is applied at the metal interface of each ceramic leaf to secure the accessory during transit and long-term use. Slight glue residue on some leaf surfaces is a normal part of the production process — it does not affect appearance or function.

Because the packaging size exceeds standard express carrier limits. we ship by truck transportation for safe and secure delivery. Transit takes approximately 40–50 days. Please plan your project timeline accordingly before ordering.

For US and Canada markets. this chandelier uses E12 candelabra base bulbs. For EU and AU markets. it uses G9 base bulbs. Warm LED (2700K) is recommended to complement the porcelain leaves and electroplated finish. Bulbs not included.

What bulb does the Ginkgo chandelier use?
G9 base for EU and AU markets. E12 base for US and Canada. Bulbs are not included. Warm 2700K LED is recommended to complement the porcelain and brass.

- Dimmable version: equipped with a remote control, and can adjust the brightness and colour temperature of the light, not compatible with dimmers.
- Triac Dimmable (Wall Switch Control): Compatible with most standard LED silicon-controlled (Triac) wall dimmers(not included). This version allows you to adjust brightness via your existing wall switch but does not include a remote.
- Three-colour changed by switch version: Controlled by a standard wall switch(not included), allowing you to adjust the color temperature of the light. This version does not have a memory function. Each time the light is turned on, it will reset to the default setting.
Size Tolerance Notice:
All dimensions are manually measured. Due to the unique shapes or craftsmanship of certain lighting fixtures, a deviation of 1-3cm is within the normal range. Please refer to the actual product received for precise installation.
