What is the difference between Model A. B. and C?
Model A is a round configuration — suited to circular dining tables. hotel lobbies with round floor plans. or stairwell installations. Models B and C are both linear configurations suited to long dining tables. reception desks. and corridors; the crystal strand density and arrangement differs between B and C. giving each a distinct visual density and silhouette. Contact us if you would like to see comparison images before ordering.
Can I order a custom size not listed?
Yes. All dimensions. strand counts. and configurations can be customized. The listed sizes (∅50/70cm for Model A; L120/150cm for Models B & C) are standard starting points. Contact us with your space dimensions and ceiling height and our design team will advise on the most suitable configuration.
Should I choose a round or square ceiling plate?
This is primarily an aesthetic decision. A round ceiling plate gives a softer. more fluid look that suits curved or organically styled ceilings. A square ceiling plate creates a more structured. architectural contrast — popular in contemporary and minimalist interiors. Both are available for all models and sizes.
What color temperature does it ship in?
Standard orders ship in 3000K Warm White. which plays beautifully against the emerald-green crystal tones. enhancing the depth of color. 4000K Neutral White and 6000K Cool White are available — contact support before ordering to specify your preference.

- Dimmable version: equipped with a remote control, and can adjust the brightness and colour temperature of the light, not compatible with dimmers.
- Triac Dimmable (Wall Switch Control): Compatible with most standard LED silicon-controlled (Triac) wall dimmers(not included). This version allows you to adjust brightness via your existing wall switch but does not include a remote.
- Three-colour changed by switch version: Controlled by a standard wall switch(not included), allowing you to adjust the color temperature of the light. This version does not have a memory function. Each time the light is turned on, it will reset to the default setting.
Size Tolerance Notice:
All dimensions are manually measured. Due to the unique shapes or craftsmanship of certain lighting fixtures, a deviation of 1-3cm is within the normal range. Please refer to the actual product received for precise installation.
